including Ralph Salmins (previously drummer and collaborator with the likes of
Paul McCartney, George Martin, Aretha Franklin, Elton John, Madonna, James
Brown, Tom Jones, Chaka Khan, Diana Ross and Burt Bacharach) and Steve
Walters, bass player for George Michael, Amy Winehouse, Chaka Khan, James
Taylor, Mariah Carey, Rod Stewart and many others to create a timeless selection
of songs which present her as a brutally honest, passionate performer of the
highest order. Born in Catania, Sicily, Vina made her name in Milan, before
relocating permanently to London in 2017. Now we can tell you are into her coz
we know you really appreciate great musicianship and Vina does not do anything
by halves as Vina’s tracks alternate between elegant ballads to EDM pop
to soul and rock, incorporating subtleties in each to bring her own unique
sound. The track Crossroads reflects on this seismic change in her life which
has seen her leave behind a successful career in Italian media to perfect her
craft in London.
The only way we can describe her is a rather bright
ray of Italian sunshine in a world that at present is full of rather grey so please
