As we put 2020 behind us, what better way to highlight a tumultuous year than with an EP dedicated to bringing light on the injustice of social events that have brought the world together in an immense show of unity.

Jon Scott, celebrated instrumentalist and vocalist, brings us Freedom – A New Jerusalem, his version of the events unfolding before us and a call to unite against hatred.

From Covid-19 to the Black Lives Matter protests and other bouts of racism, this EP intends to inform and inspire any listener.

Opening with the title track, ‘Freedom’ touches injustice, particularly on Donald Trump‘s plans to build a wall between the US-Mexico border. Eight Year Old Elle Gives The Gift of Giving This Christmas With New Charity Single

At just eight years old, little Elle has already began to capture the hearts of the nation, encouraging everyone to think of the people who are less fortune than themselves this Christmas. In aid of the UK charity Shelter, Elle aims to raise funds and awareness to help the homeless.

A percentage of the revenue raised by ‘It’s Christmas‘ will be donated to the charity, aiming to help the vulnerable on the streets, as well as those majorly affected by the national lockdown, with many more people needing help after the tragic effects of COVID-19. Through this adorable song, Elle is asking the general public to switch on their kindness and think about others during the festive season.

With heart-wrenching videos of the homelessness crisis in England, and young Elle offering gifts and treats to those on the streets, this song is an instant Christmas classic, easy to sing along for all ages and beautifully festive.

Charity Release of “We’ll Meet Again” by Angie A Aims to Bring Everyone Together

Angie A releases a brand new Reggae Dub Trap remix of the classic We’ll meet again in aid of charoty and bringing people together.

London-based Angie A has released a brand new remix of Dame Vera Lynn’s ‘We’ll Meet Again’, equipped with an innovative new reggae trap sound. In aid of two of her chosen charities, and to reflect on her thoughts of the current social climate, Angie’s reimagined classic encourages people to chill out, heal and look back on what we’ve achieved in a problematic year.

The track is uniquely special, staying close to the original whilst also showing to everyone the style of music that Angie specializes in. It is a breath of fresh air for anyone who is familiar with the classic song, introducing it to a new circle of listeners who may not have enjoyed it before, and honouring it for those fans of the original, giving it a modern update.

Prior to the lockdown, Angie says she had chosen this song as a song for her community choir to perform.

Classic Piano and Rap Collides Together In SFZ’s New Track

Following closely in the footsteps of other British breakthrough rappers such as Dave, Classically trained pianist and rapper, SFZ (also known as Joe Ordish) is bursting onto the UK Hip Hop scene and making waves with his unique, interesting raps and classical piano fusion.
